Spray Painting

This process is done immediately after panel beating and involves sanding and cleaning of the vehicle, covering and taping surfaces that are not paintable, priming affected surfaces and allowing primer to cure and then sand the vehicle once more to make it ready for painting under controlled environment in an enclosure

Our Quick Service typically involves change of oil and filters with brake adjustments and greasing with a free mechanical health check. This is a series of maintenance procedures carried out at a set time interval or after the vehicle has travelled and covered a prescribed distance.

Wheel balancing or tire balancing is the process of equalizing the weight of the combined tire and wheel assembly so that it spins smoothly without causing any vibrations.
